Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in the same state that you received it.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at yyvhj.2304@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Costs For returns not related to product defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
